I finally just closed on a condo in Edgewater after about 6 months of dealing with short sales. This was a very stressful and anxious time but fortunately it was made easier by Al Canaveral from Rising Realty. The first place a found was a short sale that took several months of waiting around. However, Al was always quick to respond to emails or even text messages whenever I had a question. After that deal fell out, I started my search over again. I had about 10 different areas I was interested in from the Burbs to the city and Al had no problem sending me listings from every area I gave him.
