Mr. Shapiro joined Rising Realty in 2007 as an attorney and real estate broker. Before Rising Realty, he practiced law for several years in the area of real estate; representing clients in federal and state courts in real estate litigation throughout the State of Illinois and Florida. Jason has 4 years of real estate litigation experience as an attorney concentrating on mortgage foreclosure, creditor rights in bankruptcy, civil litigation, and handling REO closings. He has numerous clients in the Mortgage Banking industry.

Jason is the founder of the REO division of Rising Realty and is responsible for the future growth in this area. Born and raised in Illinois, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, Northern District of Illinois, and Southern District of Florida. Jason is currently working with clients to help them buy and sell properties in the Chicago land area and across the country. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois and Florida as well as a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Florida.
