Rising Realty was established in 2000 by Robert Heideman and Managing Broker, Menash Zadik. What started out as a small real estate investment company purchasing properties in Chicago for our own portfolios quickly grew and we moved our business in the direction of a full service real estate agency. Rising Realty began to take on agents that were versatile enough to work in all corners of the Chicago real estate market helping clients whether they are looking to buy, sell and invest.
Too big for our little office on North Paulina, we acquired a larger one in late 2001 at our current location 1286 North Milwaukee Avenue; conveniently located just west of I-94, 1 block north of the Division Blue Line in the heart of Wicker Park. After a substantial rehab which included installing state-of-the-art technology solutions we are now able to better serve our clients, customers and the communities we work in at the touch of a button while continuing to provide services by keeping our storefront open. The new facilities certainly helped Rising to focus more on servicing our retail/brokerage clients without losing momentum on investments.
Rising Realty has continued to grow by adding excellent agents, quality office staff and keeping ahead of industry trends. Our Realtors are members of CAR, IAR and NAR, working to benefit the Chicagoland area with a friendly, professional, comprehensive, and hands on approach; utilizing experience and knowledge of the industry along with established networks in the field to set Rising Realty and themselves apart from other agencies and agents. Having agents who help others buy and sell as well as invest for themselves is our philosophy. In 2004, through our investment arm, Echo Investments, we also opened a location in South Florida. Our activities in Florida are concentrated on residential and commercial real estate investments.
