Yanina joined Rising Realty in June 2008, after years of experience in corporate development and organization.  She has been working in all aspects of her current company. She started in the pre-marketing, moved into the marketing department and proved to be very efficient in all functions linked to occupancy checks, safety inspections, repair scheduling, property registration, and property delivery to the MLS database. She learned each of the details necessary to achieve excellent sale results and client satisfaction in the shortest amount of time by performing at her best in each related deal detail. She is currently working with the company’s closing Department schedules inspections, deals directly with lenders and attorneys, and warrants tight connections between involved parties and effectively finalizes deals. Her engaging, sincere, tireless, and charismatic personality allows for a fast and tight company-investor connection.

Yanina was born in Ukraine and moved into the United States seven years ago. She is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and English. Her pleasant and positive outlook allowed her rapid integration into all ethnic Chicago neighborhoods she lived in the city.
