Val went to the Appraisal Institute in Chicago in 2005 and took all the classes to pass the State test.  He started my residential appraising in late 2005 and opened hisown company in early 2006.  He was appraising residential properties throughout the Chicago land area and the surrounding counties.  Val went back to Appraisal Institute for advance courses in residential appraising to upgrade for certified residential appraiser.  He also in 1995 went to I.I.T. for computer science major and had an associate degree.
