Rising Realty is proud to offer you an easy and secure way to submit your offers. This form will help you make sure you are submitting all the information our Sellers require in order to process an offer. Please make sure you complete the form below fully and completely. Note that our office cannot submit offers without a Proof of Funds for cash offers, or Pre-Approval letter for mortgage contingent offers. As always, we will be happy to receive any feedback you may have about this system. You can reach us at reo@risingrealty.com

Please follow these simple instructions:

1. Fill-out the Offer/Contract Form as you would normally do with your client. Any offer form used by CAR is acceptable.

2. Completely fill-out the electronic form below

3. Upload the Signed Offer Package

4. Upload the Pre-Approval, or Proof of Funds document.

NOTE: Every offer MUST be accompanied with either a Proof of Funds (for Cash offers), or Pre-Approval (for financing offers). The document must be no more than 30 days old.

5. Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the screen. Click only once.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the "Your Email Address" field under the heading "To the person filling out this form".
