Scott McNaughton has a lifetime of experience in real estate.  Having grown up in a family of developers, builders, and brokers, Scott’s exposure to the various aspects of real estate started at a very young age.  His most recent activities include experience across the residential and commercial segments of real estate as a developer of new properties, a general contractor on the rehabilitation of existing properties, and a Broker representing both buyers and sellers of a variety of properties. 

 

Scott graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Finance providing him with the Accounting and Finance skills necessary to accurately evaluate real estate investments.  As a construction manager for James McNaughton Builders, Inc., a closely held residential development company founded by Scott’s Father, Scott managed the construction of over 30 homes ranging from quaint bungalows in Chicago’s McKinley Park neighborhood to multi million dollar estate homes in Chicago’s western suburbs.  

 

Scott’s wealth of knowledge in all aspects of real estate is invaluable in his role as a Broker with Rising Realty.  His persistence, experience, and aggressive nature enable those working with him to make their own personal real estate goals a reality.  As a licensed real estate broker for the past six years, Scott has represented both buyers and sellers in numerous transactions all over Chicago.
