Menash is proud to be a Co-Founder and the Managing Broker of Rising Realty - Chicago Real Estate Agency. Since 1990 Menash has been involved in the Chicago real estate and Chicago properties area. His involvement in projects range from small rehabs, to complete renovations, new construction and condo conversion financing, brokerage, investments and more. During those years Menash developed the ability to quickly analyze possible projects and investments in Chicago properties. This knowledge and skill is put to the test daily and is shared with every agent in his Chicago real estate agency to help them and their clients make better decisions.

Having spent 5 years as a high-tech consultant, Menash understands the importance of technology and strives to integrate any useful new technologies into the Chicago properties business in the service of both agents and ultimately clients.
