As a result of Chuck’s reputation and competency in short sales, Wells Fargo approached him to be part of their Fast Track Program. Through this program, homeowners have access to a short sale program that will pay them thousands of dollars to move out, can relieve the entire deficiency balance, and have an expedited process.

Chuck, also has considerable experience in several other parts of the real estate industry. He has personally undertaken several large rehab & new construction projects. Additionally, he owns several rental properties. The thoughtful, caring, and hard-working approach Chuck brings to his clients generates a large amount of referrals for him.

Chuck is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign. He is originally from Lincolnwood, Illinois. Chuck is interested in Sustainability. He has solar panels on his house and he drives a gas/electric hybrid, the Toyota Prius.

Chuck lives in Chicago's Graceland West neighborhood, along with his wife, Hazel, and his daughter, Ultra-Violet.
